• 115g butter
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 large cup self raising flour
• Pinch of salt
• 1 ½ cups rice bubbles
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, flour and salt
- Mix in rice bubbles
- Place spoonfuls on greased baking tray.
- Cook until golden brown on 180 deg.
